We use increments of 400 words to represent a page of text as a means of standardising our rates. This is because the number of words on a page can vary considerably depending on font size and style, pictures, headings etc. Please note that a minimum charge of $6.50 applies to documents of 400 words or less, and that because our editor works part-time, 24 hour turn-around times are not applicable and documents of over 3000 words are not accepted. All work submitted is confidential and no obligations apply to any quotes given. How do I pay you? Once you have e-mailed us back at eyespyeditor@yahoo.com verifying that you accept our quote, our editor will go ahead and proofread and/or copyedit your work within the agreed time frame. Upon completion, we will send you a file containing the original copy, a mark-up copy and a final edited copy of your document. For your convenience, we will also send you a separate final version of your document and an invoice. WE WILL NOT ASK FOR ANY PAYMENTS UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR COMPLETED DOCUMENT(S).
